Radiant Mind Solutions is a for-purpose movement created to inspire and enhance lifelong liberated learning in order to build and sustain equity in education. We work to create avenues for the coexistence of science, spirit, and social justice by holistically informing teaching, learning, and life. We specialize in culturally responsive professional development, anti-bias curriculum design, one-on-one coaching, homeschool support, and cultural competence assessments and evaluations. Maati Wafford, Founder and Chief Creative Mind of Radiant Mind Solutions, is a published writer, social worker, conference presenter, trained equity practitioner, and spirit-led credentialed Montessori educator. She infuses a sincere love of learning, appreciation of diverse cultures, and positive thinking into her daily interactions. For over two decades, Maati has created brave spaces for children, teachers, administrators, and families to expand, build, and create. Maati graduated from Fisk University with a Bachelor's of Science and Howard University with a Master's of Social Work. Additionally, she holds credentials in Montessori Early Childhood, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Administration.
